monthly competition without any commercial interest. The sole purpose of the
contest ist to promote international music outside of their home countries.
The contest is organized in a non-profit way. Any violation of copyrights
are tried to be avoided. All pictures of singers and music groups have been
downloaded from their official website or responsible internet resources.
Audio files are being provided for the time a contest edition is running;
FSC players who provide them are urged to acquire these by legal means. All
FSC Players are required not to save or share them after the contest. By no
means can the owner and administrators of the domain www.escforum.net and
neither the organizators of the FSC be held responsible for illegal actions
